iralab was founded in 1999, when Università di Milano - Bicocca began its activities.

In iralab we perform research in machine perception, for mobile robotics and video-surveillance.

The lab. uses to host a few grad. stud. during the development of their theses, a few undergrad. stud. stages, and toher students for course projects, per year.

The research activity is or has been supported by: EEC, MUR (Italian Ministery of University and Research), Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, Consorzio Milano Ricerche, and private companies.
